45 minutes to finish 2.5lbs of juicy slow cooked pulled pork topped with 12oz white BBQ sauce and 1 pint of coleslaw plus 9 American cheese slices along with red onions and pickles. It was all on a thick and heavy freshly baked bun. Thankfully, no sides or drinks were required.
